Episode 01 - Fight for Victory

After 11 years of running Victory Boxing on a daily basis, founder Paul Hampton is enjoying a change of focus.

Paul has passed much of the day-to-day running of the operation to Victory Boxing’s recently appointed assistant manager, Harry Jenkins, and is now focusing on new ways to develop the program.

He thinks getting to work more on the future of the organisation will benefit its long-term health.
